Ashleigh Saponare is a passionate yoga practitioner, educator, and spiritual seeker. With a 200 hr. vinyasa yoga certification, an M.A. in Curriculum & Instruction, and a B.S. in English, Ashleigh’s 10+ years of teaching have been varied and rewarding, and they have brought her deeper into the heart of what it means to “live one’s yoga.” Her recent work as a yoga & mindfulness instructor at therapeutic day schools inspired her to further commit to being a leader and friend to those on the path of healing and growth, including her own. Furthermore, her recent nomadic lifestyle of living two years on the road has opened her eyes to both the joys and challenges of living intentionally, with true care for others and the Earth. Life-inspired and moved, Ashleigh brings it all to her yoga mat each day to find grounding and connection within. She loves to share the benefits of this practice with others through strong vinyasa flows, smart alignment cues, and steady breath instruction. With humility, she holds space for you to explore on your mat and find rhythm. With humor, she lightens the mood and helps you to relax. Like the yin and yang, Ashleigh nurtures both aspects of the practice: the effort and the ease, the flow and the stillness, and the interconnectedness of it all. She loves teaching, is grateful for the opportunity and for all those who show up on their mats.
When not on her yoga mat, Ashleigh can be found outside hiking with her husband, dancing, creatively writing and spending time with loved ones.

DOES THIS RESONATE WITH YOU…
You’re feeling disconnected and overwhelmed, trying to find some calm and clarity amidst the busyness of life. Maybe you’re thinking …
“COULD YOGA BE THE ANSWER?”
It was for me.
LET ME TELL YOU MY STORY…
It all started with a challenging period in my life.
I was struggling with depression and anxiety, feeling disconnected and overwhelmed. Searching for a way to heal, I discovered yoga. The combination of movement and mindfulness offered me a sanctuary, a way to reconnect with myself and find balance.
BUT IT WASN’T JUST A HOBBY.
YOGA TRANSFORMED MY LIFE.
I decided to dive deeper and pursued specialized training, combining my passion for teaching, movement, and spirituality.
With certifications in Yin Yoga and LifeForce Yoga for Depression and Anxiety, I developed a unique approach to help others heal and connect with their true selves.
When contemplation moves into action. When a driving desire or natural compulsion draws us further down our path -- that's what got me here!: my website and first blog post. Welcome.
